Cogeneration for industrial plants with high heat load and district heating schemes
Steam Turbine Types :
• Condensing Turbines
Condensing steam turbine features a horizontally split main casing of cast steel; the exhaust casing is a fabricated construction which in turn is welded to the upper and lower part of the main casing.
The turbine fixed point is located at the exhaust casing support. The rotor fixed point relative to the turbine casing is the trust bearing housing at the live steam end.
• Extraction Condensing Turbines
The power range of extraction condensing turbine is from 1500kW to 12000kW, when the power notexceed 300kW, turbine will provide a reduction gearbox; the power exceed 6000kWh or greater turbine will connect with a generator directly. The turbine is single shaft, impulse type and has a controlled retraction of one stage. The extraction flow and power load may be automatically adjusted in accordance with the user requirements; also pure condensing condition operating may be allowed.
• Backpressure Turbines
The turbine features a single horizontally split cast casing incorporating the control stage as well as the transition and exhaust casing modules.
